Market Report: April 9, 2026
We had some good sets of fats in town for our Thursday April 9th auction gathering a top of 246.00 We followed with a good run of weigh of cows and bulls finding that market to be very active again calling it another 4 to 5 higher. We finished the afternoon with a good run of baby calves, feeders, bred cows and pairs. We did find good activity on those good pairs sending them out from 5500 to 6400. We will be back on Monday, April 13thwith our Back to grass auction, expecting 2500 heads of outstanding calves and yearlings. This auction will be an all-class auction, but it still looks like those good, weaned calves will generate more money for your stock. If you want to move any stock, please give us a call and we would be happy to stop out and visit with you about our upcoming specials.
