Country of Origin Affidavit
Starting October 1st, 2008, the USDA has mandated that every producer selling livestock sign a Country of Origin Affidavit stating the origin of their livestock. You can do this when you drop off your livestock, just stop in the office to fill out an affidavit. You may also opt to fill out a form online and submit it to us via email. Feed Affidavit
Effective April 1, 2001, all packers are requiring that producers providing cattle going to slaughter, i.e. fat cattle, cows, bulls, etc. provide certification that states that all cattle have not been fed any ruminant-derived protein (meal and bone meal). It is necessary that ALL producers have a signed affidavit on file. We will kep the form on file and it is good until revoked by the seller.
